GUIDE TO GROWING LONG NATURAL HAIR BOOK REVIEW

Check out another great review, this time from (Natural hair instagram blogger) @ "We received a lovely book to growing healthy natural hair from @catherine.marion The book "Flower Child Curls A Guide To Growing Long Natural Hair " by A.I. Omoruyi, is an easy read. We found the book to be very informative for anyone on a natural hair journey or transitioning. The guide provides well rounded information to help women understand and embrace their natural hair. I like the simplicity of the natural hair maintenance process that this book provides. The girls and I smiled as we looked through the book & saw the familiar everyday process that we have been practicing at home depicted in the pages. I love the detailed hair regimen, with emphasis on consistency. Caring for Natural hair takes time, patience and effort. Implementing a good consistent hair regimen is key. We are guilty over here at our home, because at times trust that we don't want to bother. Sometimes when I say it's wash day, my daughter sighs, groans?and mopes around. At which point I leave her alone. It's no fun doing hair upset or with both our hearts not in it.

The book is a perfect guide, there's a section on understanding your hair type, it's porosity, maintaining moisture, restoring & preventing damaged hair to help promote healthy growth. If you're on a natural hair journey you will find this guide to be extremely helpful. Growing your hair takes commitment and as perfectly stated in the guide "Take comfort in knowing that your hair, no matter what texture or density ...can grow."  Thank you@catherine.marion for your thoughtfulness, the girls and I enjoyed all the read and we are humbled by your kindness. For anyone interested in the guide you can find more information @catherine.marion Happy hair journey.
