Hi, I am a 18 year old student from Ireland, and I would like to win this because I need this wig!! I have been a natural gurl for the past 18 months and as tough as it is I am still going strong. I started my natural journey when I saw a picture of Ivie’s natural hair on 4acesdate. The struggle to find protective styles to do is a real struggle!!! Doing braids and full head weaves gets tiring and boring after a while and I have been hunting for wigs to try (as I have never used a wig before) with no avail :(.. I think this wig would be great for me because it is from Catherine Marion which is run by 2 naturalistas who understand the natural journey.

I’ve been following Abby on instagram for a while and have always loved the effect of your kinky straight extensions! As a NYC college girl, I’ve been wanting to try out a Jessica for at least a year or two now, but it’s hard to take the plunge on a big purchase when you’re on a student’s budget in such a pricey city.
Now that my natural hair has gotten to shoulder length, I’ve realized that I can’t always just wear it out in a big ‘fro without it getting dry and tangled :(. In addition, I’m a pre-med student taking the MCAT this summer (eek!) and so I officially have NO time to be detangling my kinks every 2 days. I’d love to try a protective style that actually looks natural, as opposed to most ultra-glossy, pin straight styles that are out there for women of color.

The silk top Jessica wig is absolutely gorgeous; you both truly have outdone yourselves! I’ve been a fan for a while now & I fall in love each time I look at your wigs. However as a college student obtaining a high quality wig like the ones you provide is only a dream for me. I’ve entered your previous contests but wasn’t successful so now I’m praying (really hard) to the Lord that I can win this giveaway. I’m not retaining length because of too much manipulation. I’m in desperate need of a protective style, I’m trying to grow & retain length like Ivie did. I watched that video at least 1000 times, she is my Hair inspiration! I really need this wig.. Its hot now so it very hard for me to keep my 4c hair in a nice style with out it going poof in the humid north Carolina weather.. I love my hair but because its so hot my hair drinks up everything I use for moisture….and I don’t even own a wig,, I want one so bad but every website I’ve went to isn’t in my price range…getting this wig will make me so happy cause I won’t have to fight my disobedient into a taco bell hat all the time.. I would LOVE to win this beautiful wig! I attend college in Miami and the heat and humidity there is unbearable at time, especially when it comes to my natural hair. I have resorted to synthetic (but realistic) wigs and half wigs because working with my 4b/c natural hair becomes hectic at times, especially since I’m always on the go. This wig would be a beautiful switch up from my frugal, curly units (broke college girl, gotta do what I gotta do!) and I would love to win it, It would be a really nice treat. :)

I have been such a fan of your work and I would love to have this unit. I have been a follower since the 4acesdate blog and followed Abby when she made her own blog as well. I love the look and texture of this hair!! Since I am a graduate student, its very hard to manage my hair, as I don’t have much time to spend on it. I am also newly natural (4 months) and it has been a struggle to feel just as confident, with my hair, as I used to when I was relaxed and did sew ins religiously.
